FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ENERGIZING

With the hectic lives we all live, it is advantageous to know and consume the fruits and vegetables that can we obtain energy.

THE VEGETABLES:
·   The carrot is a concentrated energy: it facilitates the intestinal transit, it is rich in fiber (consume a per day).
·    Celery helps to rid the body of its toxins and other bulky residues and remineralizes if it is consumed raw.
·    Cabbage consumed in juice can become a tonic.   
·   Parsley is to consume very often in accompaniment in sauces, salads and with the vegetables.
·    Spinach combat anemia and restores a force of hell to overcome fatigue.

THE FRUIT:
      The apple holds stimulating properties.
·     The banana is often the friend of the athlete, stocked with vitamin C, B and magnesium, it becomes very invigorating.
·      Grapes has a power boosting, because it transforms the glucose into energy. If you prefer, you can consume in juice, but always check that it contains 100% fruit juice.
·      Apricot stimulated intellectually. 

THE ANTISTRESS FOODS  
If you feel nervous and stressed out, it would be advantageous to eat these foods:

·     All foods containing vitamin B: wheat germ, the beer yeast, legumes, tofu, lentils, whole grain, the meat and offal, dried fruit, potatoes, eggs, mushrooms, as well as all other fruit and vegetables.
·     Foods containing calcium help to calm: dairy products, spinach, Brussels sprout, broccoli, etc.
