Allow the children to eat sweets
DO NOT deny
especially not the sweets and chocolate to your children. By banning a food,
you the visit even more interesting and attractive. By banning, the children
may develop an unhealthy relationship with these foods.
Teach your
children that all foods have their place in the power supply. To grow and be
healthy, nutritious foods have a greater place. The less nutritious diet,
including candy, must take a smaller place.
At what frequency?

with your children: they can eat candy or chocolate from time to time after or
between meals. Choose at what frequency: once a week or once every two weeks,
approximately. This frequency is reasonable when the entire power supply of
children is varied and balanced. They will in any way well of opportunities for
eating sweets: Halloween, Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, feasts of friends
or family, days with the grandparents (cakes), etc.
Do not hide the candy and chocolate
Store the
