The body is composed of 60 % to 70 % of water, according to the morphology. After oxygen, water is the most important element for life. This water is essential to all the vital processes.               §  Allows the neurological activity of the brain;
              §  Ensures the hydration of the skin;
              §  Eliminates waste of digestion and of various metabolic processes.
