If certain foods difficult to digest and the alcoholic
beverages or like caffeinated drinks can prevent you from falling
asleep, did you know that certain foods and drinks promote sleep?
If you eat foods that contain tryptophanes (a
substance that causes the feeling of torpor) as well as the carbohydrates, the
combination can calm the brain and help your body to relax and be more
productive and more committed the next day.
Foods rich in tryptophanes:

Dairy products and soy-based
·
Whole grains, rice, beans, hummus, lentil
· Hazelnuts, peanuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds

Eggs, poultry, seafood
Examples of ideal snacks before going to bed:

Half a peanut butter sandwich
· Small bowl of cereals to whole grains containing
little sugar with skim milk
· Granola with milk or yogurt low fat
· A banana and a cup of tea to the camomile
·
A glass of hot milk
Reminder: Eat a small snack health several hours
before you go to bed to avoid craving which could prevent you from sleeping.
You should also avoid the hearty meal or the food spices, very rich as steaks
and tacos shortly before you go to bed. If you eat too much, too late, you may
compromise your night of sleep.
